Conference Fees
The registration fee for the four-day conference is $250 per person by Sept. 25, 2009 ($300 after Sept. 25), and includes conference materials, presentations, discussion groups, refreshment breaks, exhibitors reception, continental breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Conference Location
The 5th Annual Joint Western Regional Mine Safety and Health Conference will be held at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino, 407 N. Virginia St., Reno, NV 89501. A discounted group room rate of $65.00 for single or double occupancy is available at The SIlver Legacy for conference participants who make room reservations by Oct. 8, 2009, subject to availability.

Refund Policy
Full refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued only to those who cancel their conference or activity registration by Sept. 25, 2009. No refunds will be issued after Sept. 25, 2009 – No exceptions.
