Conference
fees
The registration fee for the four-day conference is
$250 per person by Sept. 28, 2007 ($300 after Sept. 28), and includes conference materials, presentations,
discussion groups, refreshment breaks, exhibitors reception, breakfast and
lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and Thursday awards ceremony breakfast. Additional
awards ceremony breakfast tickets are available for $20. Additional fees required
for the golf tournament.
Conference location
The 3rd Annual Joint Western Regional Mine Safety and
Health Conference will be held at The Orleans Hotel and Casino, 4500 W. Tropicana
Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada 89103. Discounted room rates of $70 for
single or double occupancy are available at The Orleans Hotel and Casino
for conference participants who make room reservations by Sept. 23, 2007.
Discounted room rates apply only to those who mention “Joint Western
Regional Mine Conference” when
making reservations by Sept. 23. Use code number joi1022. For room reservations,

Registration
Online
registration is available here (with credit card). Full payment and
a completed registration form are required to register. If you prefer,
you may fax a registration form to (775) 754-6575. Please
download the appropriate registration form for individual or group.
Please note: Phone registration
will not be available for this conference.
Refund policy
Full refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued only to those
who cancel their conference or activity registration by Sept. 28, 2007.
No refunds will be issued after Sept. 28, 2007.
