Sponsorship Opportunities
Foundation sponsorships are the cornerstones on which the Annual Joint Western Regional Mine Safety and Health Conference has been built:

Platinum Sponsor: $1,500 and above donation
- Sponsor name is announced on over-sized signage displayed through the conference hall
- Half-page black/white advertisement in the conference program
- Special recognition within the conference program
- Receive two full registrations for the conference ($600 value)

Gold Sponsor: $750 - $1,499
- Sponsor name is announced on over-sized signage displayed through the conference hall
- Quarter-page black/white advertisement in the conference program
- Special recognition within the conference program

Silver Sponsor: $500 - $749
- Sponsor name is listed on display general display signage in the conference hall
- Special recognition within the conference program

Copper Sponsor: $250 - $499
- Special recognition within the conference program

Claim Stake Sponsor: $100 - $249
- “Thank You” listing in the conference program

• Keynote Speaker (two available): $12,000 – includes special recognition during presentation along with a “Platinum Foundation Sponsorship”
• Vendor Reception: $7,000 – includes special recognition and signage during the event along with a “Gold Foundation Sponsorship”
• Lunch Sponsorship (two available): $5,000 – includes signage at entry to lunch hall along with a “Silver Foundation Sponsorship”
• Conference Break Sponsorship (four available): $3,500 – includes signage at entry to break area along with a “Silver Foundation Sponsorship”
• Official Conference Lanyard (distributed to all attendees): $2,000
• Official Conference Registration Bag (distributed to all attendees): $1,500

Exhibitor Registration
The exhibitor registration fee is $575, which includes an 8 X 10-foot exhibition space (non-draped), one table, two chairs, two registrations for the conference, and the exhibitors’ reception.
